Consisting of a 57‑storey west tower completed in 2014 and a 67‑storey east tower completed in 2015.  The diagonal steel structure of Toronto’s ICE Condo towers is one of the defining engineering features that gives the buildings their distinctive sculpted look and supports their tall, slender form. While the towers are primarily reinforced‑concrete high‑rises, the diagonal steel system plays a crucial architectural and structural role in the podium and façade expression.

The centre’s main structure is built around a steel frame system—a combination of steel columns, beams, and open‑web joists that create large, unobstructed interior spans. 

A 29‑storey residential tower where steel plays a key role in the building’s lower levels and architectural expression. The three‑storey podium incorporates structural steel beams and girders to achieve wide, open spans for retail and amenity spaces.  The building’s street‑level experience is enhanced by exterior canopies supported by steel framing that ties back to the podium structure, allowing for long, unobstructed projections that reinforce the building’s clean, contemporary lines.

A trio of sleek, modern glass towers forming a distinctive landmark on Queens Quay.  The large, curved structure shown in the picture was fabricated and fully assembled in one piece before being transported to the job-site.  This structural element was repeated for all three buildings and serves to support all of the floors above while allowing for completely open space below.

The building features a structural steel skeleton that supports reinforced concrete floors, ensuring long-term durability and high load-bearing capacity for medical infrastructure.​  The design incorporates steel braced frames to manage wind loads and provide lateral stability, which is critical for a multi-storey healthcare facility.

A pair of exclusive, luxury condominium buildings located in Toronto’s prestigious Bridle Path–Sunnybrook–York Mills neighbourhood.  

The steel balcony railings are designed to complement the buildings' classic European architectural style.

Originally constructed in 1970 as an office building, it was transformed into a residential development in 2006.  The structural steel work plays a visible and functional role in the building’s transformation. The exposed steel framing not only supports the new balconies but also adds architectural rhythm and depth to the façade.

Completed in 2007, the Hazelton Hotel in Toronto is a landmark blending classic glamour with contemporary design in the heart of Yorkville.

The exterior railings on its Juliette and walk-out balconies, are a signature feature of the hotel’s guest rooms. The railings serve as the visual threshold between the interior and the street, reinforcing the building’s European‑inspired elegance.
